Another Beautiful Day

Well by the end of the week I should be able to start posting about all the cool chefs and farms that we will have at the Expo. All ready my body and appetite are changing for the spring weather. Of course with my Saudi boys I am learning all kinds of new and interesting dishes. Interacting with all these chefs in preparation for the ALIVE! Expo has been so cool.  I love bouncing ideas off one another and I love seeing what others are doing. I don't believe in competition other than a friendly battle.I have so much respect for those people in my industry. The great thing about this competition is that it will twist conventional dishes making them fit in the all natural organic sustainable arena. When people participate in the VIP area they will then be able to vote on their favorite dishes.Right next to the VIP right next to the Green & Healthy Gourmet Competition.
